Overview

Work a small helpdesk queue and answer a ticket without leaving the page, with this support tickets panel for Solid with Ark UI. A hairline frame with a plus mark on each corner holds eight Queuedesk tickets in a list at the start (number, subject, priority word, assignee initials and the day it was opened), filtered by a Toggle Group in the header for Open, In progress and Resolved, each with its count. Beside the list, the chosen ticket shows its description, an "Assign to" Native Select, a canned-reply Select that fills the Textarea, and the thread, newest first. Shine Button sends the reply, adds it to the thread and moves the ticket to In progress. For small support teams and admin consoles.

FAQ

How do I fill it with my own tickets?

Edit TICKETS: an id, subject, requester, priority word, opened day, status, assignee and a newest-first thread of messages. AGENTS lists who a ticket can go to and CANNED the replies the select offers. The counts on the toggle and the header are worked out from the tickets.

What does Send reply do?

It adds your text to the top of the thread as a desk reply from You, sets the ticket to In progress, switches the toggle to In progress so the ticket stays in view, clears the box and says "Sent in this demo; no email went out." It stays disabled-looking until there is text, and pressing it then says "Write a reply first.".

How do the canned replies work?

Picking one replaces the reply box with its text so you can edit it before sending; it never sends anything by itself. The select goes back to its prompt so you can pick another.

What stays local, and how do I wire it for real?

Everything: replies, assignees and status changes live in the page and no email is sent. To make it real, post the reply and the new status from send, save the assignee from assign, and load the tickets from your helpdesk.

How does it look on a phone?

The ticket list sits above the chosen ticket, the two selects stack, and the Send reply foot stays pinned to the bottom of the screen.
