Overview
See who is around and what they are on without opening a chat, with this team presence board for Solid with Ark UI. A hairline frame with a plus mark on each corner holds nine Rosterline teammates in three columns that share hairlines: Active now, Recently and Away, sorted by when each was last active against a fixed 14:20 UTC. A row shows the person, their role, what they are working on, "Last active 14:20 UTC" and a small bar of tasks done this month. A Select in the header picks a project, a Toggle in the toolbar narrows to your team, and pressing a person opens a Popover with their three latest finished tasks. It's built from Select, Toggle, Popover, Button and Guides. For team pages and stand-up dashboards.
FAQ
How do I fill it with my own people?
Edit PEOPLE: a name, role, team, the projects they are on, what they are working on, an ISO last time, a count of tasks done this month and their three latest finished tasks. AS_OF is the moment the page treats as now, and MY_TEAM is the team the toggle keeps.
How are the columns decided?
By minutes since the person's last activity at AS_OF: 15 or fewer is Active now, up to four hours is Recently, and anything older is Away. Nothing is live, so the columns never change on their own.
What do the project select and the toggle do?
They narrow the people, and each column says "No one here" when it empties. The columns keep their height, so the panel does not jump while you filter. The count under the toggle and the polite status line say how many are shown.
