Overview

See how a quarter of incidents looked, and what came of them, with this incident history for Svelte with Ark UI. A hairline frame with a plus mark on each corner holds three figures (the count, the mean time to resolve and the causes that came back), then a stem plot of ten Retracewell incidents over the last 90 days. Each stem is a button: its height is how long the incident lasted and its weight is its severity, thickest for P1. Pressing a stem opens its entry in the archive, an Accordion with the root cause, the contributing factors and the corrective actions as Checkboxes you can tick off. The reading under the plot says the date, severity, duration and title. For postmortem libraries and reliability reviews.

FAQ

How do I use my own incidents?

Edit INCIDENTS: a day, a title, minutes, a severity, the cause, the factors and the actions. START and DAYS set the 90-day window and TOP the longest duration the plot shows. The count, the mean, the recurring causes and the done count are worked out from the list.

How is Came back worked out?

A cause that appears on more than one incident counts as having come back. With ten incidents here, two causes appear twice, so it reads two causes seen twice, and names them. If any cause appeared three times the words change to seen more than once.

How do I use it from the keyboard?

The stems are a single tab stop on the chosen one; the left and right arrow keys move along them and Enter or Space chooses one. The accordion opens one entry at a time and always keeps one open.

What stays local, and how do I wire it for real?

The incidents are typed and ticking an action only changes the count on the page. Load INCIDENTS from your postmortem store and save a ticked action to the ticket it belongs to.

How does it look on a phone?

The plot scrolls sideways in a named region and starts on the newest 45 days. The archive sits under it, and the entries keep one height so opening a different one does not move the page.

Is the plot readable without seeing it?

Yes. Each stem has a name with its date, severity, duration and cause, and a hidden table repeats the same facts. The reading under the plot is a polite status line.
