Overview
Answer what a portfolio was worth on a given day with this token portfolio history for Solid with Ark UI. It's Valuedate, a portfolio history viewer, and the prices are typed samples, not market data. A Slider scrubs thirty daily snapshots from 13 Sep to 12 Oct 2026, the last one being today; a small line of all thirty totals shows where the thumb is. The figures band reads the value on the chosen day in a Sliding Number, the value today and the change since then, and Back to today returns the thumb. Under it a table values the same six holdings with that day's prices: the amount, the price that day, the value, the weight, which adds to 100, and each holding's change since that day written as a sign, an arrow and a word. For wallets and portfolio apps that look back in time.
FAQ
Where do the daily prices come from?
From arrays typed in HOLDINGS, one price per token per day, with today's price last. They were generated once with a seeded wobble, so they are plausible and always the same, and USD Coin stays at 1.00. Holdings never change between days, only their prices do.
What does Since then mean?
It compares the value on the chosen day with the value today: a holding that was worth 1,000 on that day and is worth 1,100 now reads up 10.0%. The figures band does the same for the whole portfolio, and the sentence in the status line says it in words, for example On 21 Sep: 42,734 USD, 5.5% less than today.
What stays local, and how do I wire it?
All of it. Nothing reads a wallet or a price feed. In your app store a daily snapshot of balances and prices per wallet, load it for the chosen range, and keep the arithmetic as it is here: value is amount times price, weights are largest-remainder percents, and change is measured against the latest snapshot.
Is it accessible from the keyboard?
Yes. The slider moves a day at a time with the arrow keys and jumps with Home and End, and its value text is the full sentence for that day. A separate screen reader message is spoken when you stop moving the thumb, so it does not read every day you pass. The time axis stays left to right on an RTL page.
