Name the server, so the agent doesn't answer from memory:

Prompts
use shadcnio to list the icon libraries
use shadcnio: which Material icon sets do you have?

Call and response

Asked “Which icon sets do you have?”, the agent sends this call. The response is real, trimmed: long lists show their first items and long strings are cut.

Call
list_icon_libraries({ limit: 3, query: "material" })
Response
{
  "count": 8,
  "libraries": [
    {
      "icons": 15862,
      "id": "material-symbols",
      "license": "Apache 2.0",
      "name": "Material Symbols"
    },
    {
      "icons": 15390,
      "id": "material-symbols-light",
      "license": "Apache 2.0",
      "name": "Material Symbols Light"
    },
    "… 1 more"

}

What your agent reads

The server's description of list_icon_libraries, one of the Icons tools. Your agent reads it to decide when to call the tool:

tools/listlist_icon_libraries.description
The icon sets, most used first: id, name, size, license, and the npm package of the sets that ship one (lucide-react…).

FAQ

Why does an icon set list an npm package?

Lucide, Tabler, Radix Icons, Heroicons and Phosphor ship one. From those, get_icon answers with the import, not a file: a project that has the package (most shadcn projects have lucide-react) adds nothing.
