Terms
These terms cover your kit.dev account and the pages at kit.dev. Each product (shadcn.io, Neobrutalism and grokbots.ai) has its own terms for what you do on it.
Last updated November 2026
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using kit.dev, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
2. What kit.dev is
kit.dev is the company behind shadcn.io, Neobrutalism and grokbots.ai. Your kit.dev account signs you in on its products and lets you see and manage your sessions and delete your account. What each product offers, and what you buy there, is governed by that product's terms.
3. Your account
You're responsible for:
- Keeping the Google, GitHub or email account you sign in with secure
- Everything done with your account
- Telling us at once if you think someone else is using it
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use kit.dev for anything unlawful
- Try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours
- Interfere with or disrupt kit.dev or its products
- Impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are
- Collect data from kit.dev without permission
5. Intellectual property
kit.dev's site, name and original content are ours. What each product publishes for you to use (components, templates, prompts) comes with that product's own license.
6. Warranties and liability
KIT.DEV IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DON'T PROMISE IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FROM YOUR USE OF KIT.DEV.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time on Your account. We may suspend or end access to kit.dev, with or without notice, for a breach of these terms.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. We'll post the change here and update the date at the top; using kit.dev after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
