Overview

Gate a sign-off on what is still open, with this security audit block for Solid with Ark UI. A summary cell at the start counts open findings for Critical, High, Medium and Low in a definition list and holds the only colored control, a Shine Button named Sign off audit. It stays aria-disabled while any critical finding is open; the status reads "Sign-off blocked: 2 critical findings open" and an outline button, Go to the first, focuses the first of them. At the end, twelve findings in five categories each show a severity Badge with a glyph and a word, who found it, and a Mark fixed button. A Toggle Group filters by severity inside a held list region, with an Empty state when nothing matches. Cells share one frame ruled by Guides. For security reviews, penetration test follow-ups and any sign-off that depends on severity.

FAQ

What blocks the sign-off?

Only open Critical findings. High, Medium and Low ones are counted but do not block. Change the rule in signOff and in the ready constant if your process also blocks on High.

How is severity shown without color?

By a word and a glyph on every finding (an octagon for Critical, a triangle for High, a circle for Medium, an info mark for Low), and critical findings are set in a heavier weight. Nothing relies on hue.

What stays local, and how do I wire it for real?

Fixing findings and signing off only change state on the page; nothing is sent and the audit resets on reload. In your app, load findings from your tracker, write each change from fix, and record the sign-off with the auditor and time from signOff.

What happens after sign-off?

Mark fixed buttons stay focusable but answer that the audit is signed off, and the outline button becomes Reopen audit, which unlocks the rows again.

How does it look on a phone?

The summary comes first, then the filter and the findings list, which scrolls inside its own named region so the page stays short. Each finding wraps its title, then its severity, category and finder, then the Mark fixed button.
